L'école's Mission Statement
L’école - French International School of Raleigh (FISR) aims to help children become bilingual using a combination of proven academic methods, such as social and cultural activities. L’école provides a unique learning environment where children are able to explore their world through the French language. By offering the highest level of French teaching to children of all nationalities, we create an environment that fosters the love of learning and mastery of a foreign language, ultimately laying down the foundation for lifelong global awareness.
BOURSES SCOLAIRES
I am really, really EXCITED to announce that L'école- French International School of Raleigh was accredited ( homologuée) by the French Education system, on June 6 ( it was published in the French "Journal Officiel" on that date).
We will have a great celebration and announcement after we go back to school in September.
In the meantime and since we are accredited, we can have French parents apply for a scholarship from the French Education System.
Should you or your spouse, or both, be French, please contact me ASAP.
Just send me an email at:
director@lecole-fisr.org
stating your interest so I can send you the application form.
The scholarship is open to all parents and meant to help all French families be able to attend a French School following the Education Nationale curriculum ( we also have 25% English in the Elementary school).
The deadline is September 16!
GOOD LUCK!
